Greece 2019: Matching Sets are a Girl’s Best Friend

Hello all! Coming back at you with another outfit blog post. Featuring… Drum Roll, more Greece outfits! I’m going to be posting a few outfits each week and will continue to do so till I have no more left. This little outfit features a really cute red set from Free People. I absolutely have been loving this whole matching sets trend. I hope it never dies…

If you want to check out my other Greece blog post, I made one about my time on a Catamaran boat in Santorini!

Sets Should Be Your Best Friend

I’m absolutely in love with matching sets. For these reasons:

  1. It’s easy to look put together
  2. It’s easy to choose an outfit… because you got a top and a bottom already!
  3. It’s also super easy to pack and travel with

With that being said, I mostly packed sets and dresses when I went to Greece. It made planning 11 or so outfits easy and I didn’t have to fiddle around with what I wanted to wear each day.

This cute knit set is from Free People. It might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I’m absolutely in love. I can wear the top with a pair of jeans and wear the bottoms with a t-shirt to dress the body-con style down! Not only do you buy these usually together, but it’s versatile and you can make other outfits too!

I wore this one when we were all exploring Athens! I paired it with a cute pair of converse to make walking easy. Good thing too, since we trekked up to the Acropolis and to check out a cool view of the city, you had to walk on some rocks.
