Hello all, I recently went and visited my local botanical garden. Going along with the romantic theme, I included a beautiful dress from Eggie. The CEO of the company is Jenn Im and she does a fantastic job of designing and getting the clothes manufactured. She has some really unique and trendy clothing pieces. This dress is called the Eggie Magnolia and it has been sold out and restocked multiple times! I finally got my hands on this dress (two of them on accident lol) and I’m so glad.
Bellevue Botanical Garden
I’ve been to a ton of gardens and this by far was the least exciting one I’ve been too, boooooo. There weren’t as many flowers as I thought there would be and was just a lot more greenery. With that said, it was free and if you’re looking to just go outside and walk around, it’s 36 acre’s and you can get your steps in. It’s still a really good experience, just not Vandusen or Buchart level if you know what I mean. 😉
Here’s some photos that my boyfriend took and thinks that I trash in favor for photos of me. 😉
Straight Out of a Romance Novel
This dress… OMG THIS DRESS. This romantic piece, Eggie Magnolia, is to die for! It gives me such front-cover-romance-novel vibes. I feel like I’m suppose to be in the Victorian era with the puff sleeves and the fit of the dress is so flattering! It made my waist look so tiny while accentuating my collarbone and non-existent chest into something (itty bitty titty committee am I right?). I paired it with these ultra cute clogs from Steve Madden and definitely almost twisted my ankle, but pain is fashion?
