Hello all! Day two is here with the twelve days of blogs. This blog post will be one that I had prepared for a while. This year in Seattle, a company brought a event to Safeco Field called Enchant. It includes ice skating, a Christmas light maze, and a Christmas market. This year my boyfriend and I attended this event on the first day that it opened! For this event, I featured some colorful plaid pants and a cozy sweater. This is the perfect outfit for winter and you can throw on a cute jacket on top to accessorize and to keep warm. Enjoy and don’t forget to check out day one of my twelve days of blogs!
I wasn’t too fond of this event overall. It was sort of disappointing the first day as some of the lights weren’t lit. However, Enchant offered to compensate this inconvenience with new tickets (including parking, yay!). I will definitely be doing another blog post on another outfit at this place.
The light maze wasn’t really a maze and it had very little variation. I wasn’t too interested in the Christmas Market as it was very small and the items were very knick knacky and I don’t need that stuff flooding my home. Ice-skating was also pretty packed so we decided not to do that, but the next time we will. Overall, I don’t think it quite lived up to the hype, but it was still a nice date night with the boyfriend.
Tis The Season with Plaid
Plaid has been such a centerpiece this fall and winter. I’ve been seeing almost every piece of clothing in variations of plaid and have been loving it! When it was Black Friday, I picked up these plaid pants from Free People for $34! That’s stickin’ cheap for Free People! They are so stretchy and so comfortable. Perfect for winter and definitely a statement piece. Macy’s is definitely the perfect place to get Free People as they always have deals that Free People NEVER has.
