Hello all! I hope everyone is having a great 2019 so far. I took a tiny break last week from blogging to prep for the new year! I’ve never been a planner when it comes to my blog post, but I want to change that this year. I want to have a scheduled time when I’ll be writing or posting up new content. In fact, this blog post was one of the first one’s I’ve had planned for the New Year! It’s also sponsored by Basic Invite! They are a company that creates custom invitations for all your needs.
Lately when I’ve been scrolling through Instagram and Facebook, I noticed a lot of people in my age group are getting married, having children, getting engaged, etc. Then it got me thinking about how I would in the future get my family and friends together. Basic Invite, is the perfect place to do just that. They are a company that boasts about creating your very own custom invitations for a wide range of events!
This is one of my first sponsored blog posts and it was very important to me to talk and advertise something I believe in. Basic Invite was kind enough to allow me to test out and get my very own custom invites.
My experience with the Ordering Process
Throughout the entire process, it was flawless! One of the best features of the website is, you have a ton of designs to choose from, but you can also customize the invitation to be how you want it! They have 180 colors that you can choose to customize each element of your invite. To package that all up they have 40 different colored envelopes to finish your custom design!
When I was testing out the process of customizing my invites, I realized how important it was to sample them in person. They all you to do just that! You can sample a wide range of designs and later on order them in bulk. You’ll be able to see and feel what they’ll look like and make changes according to what you want.
One of the biggest concerns for me, when doing mailed invites, is getting all of the addresses together. They have an address capturing system that allows you to share a link on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or any other forms of social media to request your friends and families addresses! The best part, is that you will have these saved so you can opt in to get that information printed on the envelopes as well!
The Invites I Sampled
Personally, since I don’t have an events coming up soon, I decided to sample an abundant amount! For example, they currently have some really cute baby shower designs such as: little gentleman baby shower invitations, plaid baby shower invitations, and other baby shower invitations for boys!
I also decided to check out some wedding invitations and peruse the future designs that I would want to send out for my wedding.
My friend and I love to go out and skate at our local rink, so I was instantly drawn to this birthday party invite to a skate!
I also am in love with the city of Seattle and if I decided to have a wedding there, these would be such a fun and great design!
Also who else loves brunch? I’m in love and I saw this super cute design that they had specifically for brunch!
All in all, my experience was great and I highly recommend this website to get all your invitations. It was quick, efficient, customizable, and fast! The best part is definitely the sampling option. Sometimes what you get is not what you saw, but Basic Invite was truly, what you see is what you get. They currently have a promo code to get 15% off your order with 15FF51. I don’t get any commission at all from this link but I wanted to let you all know just so you could save some cash!
